Returns
Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since dispatch, we cannot offer you a change of mind refund or exchange. Please note a 5% restocking and shipping administration fee where applicable (£5 minimum).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be in its original packaging, with any labels or protective stickers intact.
We cannot offer any returns or refunds for:
- items on clearance sale or promotional offer (after 14 days if your purchase was made in the UK or the EU)
- items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- items returned due to refusal of customs fees and taxes paid
- sizing issues
- any gift cards or store credits
- returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, contact us via chat or email at customer@dinneyclarkson.com quoting your order number, full name, full delivery address and reason for your return, and we will assist you further. You will need to provide proof of purchase.
Your purchase must be returned to our returns department for a refund to be processed, the product cannot be returned to the shipping warehouse or a local dealer. You will have 14 days to return the items.
Warranty
All Dinney Clarkson watches are made according to the high-quality standards of our brand. Nonetheless, your Swiss quartz watches are covered by our warranty against any structural and functional defects in manufacturing.
The warranty for a Dinney Clarkson timepiece is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs or replacements will be subject to a service charge.
Dinney Clarkson accessories are indeed water-resistant. However, any water damage to the accessories is not covered under warranty, as we strongly recommend not submerging the pieces in water, or exposing them to water. Battery changes are not covered under warranty, and any small components or strap damage emerging from everyday wear and tear are also not covered.
Kindly note, the Dinney Clarkson Warranty does not cover:
- Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
- Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc.), or accidents
- Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
- Aesthetical changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and ageing (e.g. minor scratches on the case, crystals, gemstones, alteration of the bands and peeling of the platings, etc.)
- Battery, wristband, crown, or crystal/glass
- Accessories where any serial number is missing or has been erased, altered, falsified, replaced, defaced, or made illegible.
If you have purchased Dinney Clarkson items from e-commerce platforms such as eBay and Groupon, or an unauthorised third-party vendor on Amazon, there is a risk of receiving an item that is counterfeit, used, or defective. Dinney Clarkson does not honour any warranty claims that are purchased from an unauthorised retailer or not accompanied by the original documentation.
We strive to create durable, quality products, and please be assured that in the unlikely case that you come across an unfortunate anomaly of faulty items, we will be more than happy to assist you as soon as we can.
If you experience any damage to your accessories considered to be covered by our warranty, please contact us at customer@dinneyclarkson.com quoting your order number, full name, full delivery address and pictures of the item and the damage, and we will assist you further. You will need to provide proof of purchase or your warranty card, whichever is applicable.
Refunds
Once your items are received at our returns department, it will then be processed and inspected. This process may take several business days to complete. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, whether it is partial or full.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed. Once a refund is issued on our system, a credit will automatically be applied to, depending on the situation, your account or original method of payment within 10 working days.
Exchanges
Please note that we do not normally offer a direct exchange policy. We may replace items under our limited warranty if they are defective or damaged for reasons due to our error. If you wish to receive different products, a store credit refund will be processed, and you will be able to place a new order on our website at your convenience.
If you need to exchange the same item due to defects, send us an email at customer@dinneyclarkson.com quoting your order number and we will assist you further. This is not applicable to any discontinued items, limited edition items or items purchased in a clearance sale, which we may not be able to replace.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping items over £50, we strongly recommend you to use a trackable registered shipping service and provide us with the tracking number of your package, or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost items during the return.
