COVID-19 Information
Is it safe to shop from Dinney Clarkson?
Yes. We are fulfilling and dispatching orders as normal. We constantly make sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to. This is our top priority and we will be closely monitoring this situation for any updates to maintain appropriate policies.
Maximum precautions are being taken in Dinney Clarkson's fulfilment warehouses to maintain health and safety. Our stations are sanitised multiple times during the day with divider screen systems in place to ensure our staff remain socially distanced. Our staff are wearing gloves over sanitised hands, and they remain at least 2m (6ft) apart whenever possible to maintain a safe physical distance.
Thank you for your patience and understanding in these ever-changing times.
How will this affect my order?
There are currently no delays in order fulfilment and dispatch, as our staff is working hard to keep everything flowing as usual during these challenging times despite the increased shipment volume and reduced staff.
However, delivery times may be at least 5-10 working days longer than usual. This is due to reduced capacity in the shipping network and limited cargo space especially in air transport, as there are now less departures per day and medical supplies are prioritised. Your package could be held at the airport for 3-5 working days waiting for a plane.
We appreciate your understanding during the ongoing pandemic, as delivery delays are beyond our control. Rest assured that the our shipping partners are doing their very best to get your order to you as soon as they can. We kindly ask you to refrain sending us an email for a shipment update until the estimated delivery time has been reached, as we will not be able to get back to you promptly due to high volumes on emails everyday. The order status page is constantly updated and you will be able to see any changes in the status of the shipment immediately. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Our logistics team are working closely with all our shipping partners, ensuring us that we're well informed in case of newly-arised delays. The situation is continuously being closely monitored constantly, and this page will be updated with the most recent information accordingly.
Australia & New Zealand Update:
Expect longer delivery times. Cargo flights to Australia & New Zealand currently have reduced capacity. Airlines work on a priority basis, meaning that life-essential cargo will be prioritised.
Small batches would be occasionally sent through Doha, Qatar, but such shipments are not scanned upon departure like usual due to immense volume, tracking will only resume when shipments reach AU/NZ. Please expect delays and less tracking updates.
Brazil & Mexico Update:
Extra delays can occur.
Canada & US Update:
Slight extra delays for some provinces/states.
EU Update:
Extra delays as parcels require extra time to be cleared from customs due to the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (Brexit).
Spain & Portugal Update:
Correos Spain are subject to extra delays at the moment. Shipments to both Spain and Portugal are affected.
Please accept our apology for the delay or any inconvenience this may cause.
